Where is the office?
Just outside Abeid Amani Karume International Airport, beside Safari Cafe Zanzibar, in the airport area. If you are landing, say so on WhatsApp and we will meet you there.
Do you sell both island tours and mainland safaris?
Yes. The Zanzibar excursions and the safari-and-beach combinations are the same programmes we share with our partner Zanzibar Luxury Holidays. One Farm Safari desk, beside Safari Cafe at the airport.
Can I reserve now and pay later?
Yes. Send an inquiry or choose pay later on the booking page. We confirm seats on email and WhatsApp. A payment link follows when PesaPal is connected, or we agree a transfer.
How do group bookings work?
Choose Group on the inquiry form and tell us the number of rooms and ages of children. We reply with a private quote rather than the website rate.
Is the visa included in a safari price?
No. Safari and beach programmes are quoted on request and exclude the government visa. We can prepare the visa file as a separate service for 35 dollars per application.
Do Zanzibar visitors need a different visa from mainland Tanzania?
No. A Tanzania tourist visa or eligible exemption covers Zanzibar. We still check your passport before you travel.
What is the child rate?
Excursions and safari-and-beach trips are priced on request, including children. Tell us the ages on the inquiry and the quote comes back with the child rate written in. Visa assistance is 35 dollars per application.
When will card payment work?
Checkout is built for WooCommerce so PesaPal can be connected. Until that gateway is switched on, confirm the reservation and we send the payment step by email and WhatsApp.
